Business Development Executive (telesales)

Compensation Structure:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Performance Incentives: High commission structure

• Earning Potential: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000+ per month for top performers

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads

• Present and explain insurance and global investment solutions

• Schedule client meetings and support conversion of qualified prospects

• Maintain accurate call records, client notes, and follow-up schedules

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Candidate Profile:

Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance, or financial services preferred

• Target-driven, professional, and result-oriented

• Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
