Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team at Zucol solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking

• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present company products/services

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Maintain and update client data and sales records accurately

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

• Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and business goals

• Handle all client and business information with confidentiality

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: [12 pass, diploma, graduate]
