1.Generate new business through lead generation, networking, and outbound calls.
2.Achieve monthly sales targets .via telesales, demos, meetings, and follow-ups.
3.Build, manage, and retain strong client relationships ensuring high satisfaction.
4.Act as the main point of contact for clients; ensure timely responses on calls, chats, and emails.
5.Understand client needs and coordinate with Technical/SEO/Content teams for project execution.
6.Manage sales activities, reporting, renewals, upselling, and add-on services via CRM.
7.Conduct client meetings (offline/online), provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
8.Track campaign performance, share updates, and ensure project delivery within timelines.
