Warehousing Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is rapidly expanding its sales vertical and is urgently hiring dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals from the 3PL warehousing, logistics, and B2B services domain.

Sales Head

Sales Team Leader (TL)

Assistant Sales Manager (AM)

Business Development Executive (BDE)

💰 Compensation

Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month

Salary will depend on interview performance, last drawn salary, and relevant experience

🕒 Experience

Minimum 2+ years in any of the following:

3PL Warehousing / Logistics Sales

Software / SaaS Sales

Real Estate Sales

BPO / Process Sales

Freshers: MBA / PG in Supply Chain or Logistics may also apply

🎯 Preferred Industry Background (Highly Desired)

Candidates with experience in the following companies will be given strong preference:

AWL, 20 Cubes, WareIQ, Stockarea, KD Logistics, Mahindra Logistics, TVS Supply Chain, Allcargo, Shiprocket, Aaj Enterprises

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for 3PL warehousing and logistics services

Generate new business leads and close B2B / enterprise-level deals

Manage and grow key client accounts on a PAN India basis

Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team (for TL, AM, Sales Head roles)

Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets

Coordinate with operations and solution teams for smooth client onboarding

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing models

✅ Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in 3PL warehousing or logistics sales (mandatory for experienced roles)

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Experience in B2B enterprise sales and contract negotiation

Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred for senior roles)

Two-wheeler / Four-wheeler is mandatory
