Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa enquiries and client follow-ups
• Provide accurate information regarding visa process
• Maintain and update client information in CRM
• Assist the sales team with lead conversions and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate with clients regarding documents, timelines, and service progress
• Prepare basic reports, maintain records, and support administrative tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service and help maintain high conversion rates
• Ability to multitask, follows processes, and work towards targets
