📌 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for School ERP and Hospital ERP solutions.

• Identify and contact schools, colleges, hospitals and healthcare institutions.

• Connect with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.

• Explain ERP features, benefits and solutions to potential clients.

• Conduct online product demos whenever required.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain lead information in Google Sheets / CRM.

• Work with the sales and technical team to convert leads into clients.

• Research schools, hospitals, markets and competitors to identify new opportunities.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.

• Basic understanding of schools, hospitals or ERP software is preferred.

• Good online research and data collection skills.

• Familiarity with Google Search, Google Maps, Excel and Google Sheets.

• Self-motivated, disciplined and consistent.

• Willingness to learn and grow in ERP sales.
