We’re hiring a Business Development Executive/TL/Manager – International Marketing to lead market expansion, drive global B2B sales, and manage a high-performing team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). If you're ready to take ownership of new markets, strategic partnerships, and team performance — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and expand business in international markets (Africa, LATAM, SEA, CIS)

🔹 Respond to RFQs, price negotiations, tender submissions

🔹 Lead a team of BDEs and monitor KPIs & sales targets

🔹 Build strong distributor networks and manage key clients

🔹 Coordinate with regulatory, logistics, and finance teams

🔹 Attend global exhibitions and represent the company
