We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at VD Cares. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹26,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
Follow up with interested customers through calls, messages, or emails
Maintain a positive and professional conversation with customers
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries effectively
Maintain daily call records and update customer details in CRM or Excel sheets
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
