About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for hiring and onboarding maid/housekeeping partners on a daily basis.

The role primarily involves telecalling existing partner bases and fresh leads, generating interview walk-ins, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring newly onboarded partners remain active on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Call existing partner databases and fresh leads to generate candidates for interviews and walk-ins.

• Explain job opportunities, earning potential, work process and requirements to prospective partners.

• Generate and maintain daily walk-in targets through effective calling and follow-ups.

• Follow up with interested candidates and ensure they report for the scheduled interview.

• Coordinate with the on-ground hiring/training team to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

• Track candidates from calling → interested → walk-in → interview → onboarding.

• Work towards achieving daily and weekly hiring targets.

• Maintain proper calling data and update candidate status regularly.

• Follow up with newly onboarded partners to ensure they become active on the platform.

• Monitor partner churn and retention, identify reasons for drop-offs and take corrective actions.

• Re-engage inactive partners and encourage them to continue working.

• Share regular updates on hiring numbers, walk-ins, onboarding and churn.

• Work closely with the team to improve partner conversion and retention.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with telecalling and follow-ups.

• Ability to handle high-volume calling on a daily basis.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining calling data.

• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

• Ability to communicate in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.

• Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales, business development or partner hiring is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking to people throughout the day, have strong convincing abilities, and be highly focused on achieving hiring and activation targets. The candidate should be able to independently manage follow-ups and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners.
