Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Noida Extension (Hybrid – Work from Office + Work from Home)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Sales (any industry)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients through calls.

• Pitch our training programs and solutions to businesses and individuals.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training programs.

• Maintain strong follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales outcomes.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any kind of sales/business development role.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.

• Comfortable with both office and remote work setups.

• Prior experience in the education/training/coaching sector will be a plus.

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)

• Incentives and performance bonuses

Work Mode

Hybrid Work

• 3–4 days Work from Office (Noida Extension)

• Remaining days Work from Home (as per schedule)
