Job Role

Business Development Executive ka main role company ke liye new clients aur business opportunities generate karna, potential customers se communication karna aur leads ko successful business deals mein convert karna hota hai.

Key Responsibilities

• New clients aur potential customers identify karna.

• Leads generate karna through calls, emails, social media aur other sources.

• Potential clients ko company ke products/services explain karna.

• Client requirements samajhna aur suitable solutions suggest karna.

• Regular follow-up karke leads ko convert karna.

• Sales meetings aur product presentations arrange karna.

• Clients ke saath long-term relationships maintain karna.

• Sales/business targets achieve karna.

• Market aur competitors ki information collect karna.

• Daily/weekly sales and lead reports maintain karna.

• Sales aur marketing team ke saath coordinate karna.

Required Skills

• Hindi & basic/professional English.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Lead generation & follow-up skills.

• Client handling skills.

• Basic MS Excel/CRM knowledge.

• Presentation skills.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate
MBA/Marketing/Sales background is an advantage.

Experience

0–2 years
Freshers can also apply, depending on company requirements.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives
Salary company, location and experience ke according vary kar sakti hai.
