Business Development Executive

Namma Bengaluru Estates is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives (BDE) / Telecallers to join our growing real estate team.

We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions with attractive salary and high incentive potential.

Salary & Incentives

• Salary up ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 (In-Hand) - Based on Experience

• Incentives up to ₹1,00,000+ per month

• Performance-based growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound & inbound calls related to property inquiries

• Generate and follow up on real estate leads

• Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to potential clients

• Maintain accurate data and update CRM regularly

• Fix site visit appointments for sales managers

• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects

• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and sales team

• Maintain confidentiality of client data

• Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree

• Excellent communication skills (Kannada & English preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle multiple leads efficiently

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
