UNext Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable academic programs and drive enrollments through effective counseling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel students and working professionals about UNext learning programs

Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses

Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups

Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Build strong relationships with prospective students

Resolve student queries regarding courses, fees, and enrollment process

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions
