We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The role requires strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach.
Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field activities
Explain company products/services to potential clients
Follow up with leads and convert them into business
Maintain and update client data in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Prepare basic proposals and quotations
Maintain strong relationships with customers
Good communication and negotiation skills
Confident in calling and client interaction
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
Graduate (any stream); MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
