Roles & Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp
Explain course details to parents
Convert leads into paid enrollments
Maintain daily data in CRM
Achieve sales targets
Support student onboarding process

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory)
Basic sales understanding
Comfortable with calling
Target-oriented mindset
Must have a smartphone
