Sterifag India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of commercial laundry, hospital, and healthcare equipment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Telecaller to strengthen our sales support team.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers from the company's database.

* Follow up on inquiries received through the website, IndiaMART, exhibitions, email, and other marketing channels.

* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

* Explain Sterifag products and services to prospective customers.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel/CRM.

* Coordinate with the sales, operations, and service teams for customer requirements.

* Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer feedback.

* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication.

* Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.

* Prepare daily and weekly call reports.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

* Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in B2B or B2C telecalling or industrial equipment sales.

* Knowledge of CRM software or lead management systems.
