The role involves interacting with students and professionals, promoting our training programs, conducting sales calls, and contributing to revenue growth. Generate and qualify leads through calls, outreach, and networking
Connect with college students, fresh graduates, and working professionals
Explain Hireinside’s services, training modules, and program benefits clearly
Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, demos, and assist in enrolment closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
Maintain strong relationships with leads, clients, partners, and repeat prospects
Support marketing campaigns and contribute to brand awareness activities
Work closely with the business growth and operations team to ensure smooth conversions
Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality
Ability to work under deadlines and achieve sales targets
Good presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills
