Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching financial products, and converting prospects into customers over calls. The role involves promoting stock market-related services and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote financial products

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups

• Sell and cross-sell products such as:

  • Stock market trading accounts

  • Mutual funds

  • Demat accounts

  • Insurance (Life & General)

  • Credit cards & Debit cards

• Explain product features, benefits, and investment options clearly to clients

• Assist customers in account opening and documentation processes

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred)

• Basic knowledge of stock market and financial products is an advantage

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic computer knowledge

• Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telesales, broking, or financial services

• Understanding of equity, mutual funds, and investment products

• NISM certification (optional but preferred)
