Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain features and benefits of loan products, credit cards, and insurance plans.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful business.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.

• Assist customers with eligibility details and required documentation.

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for case processing.

• Maintain proper follow-up until approval and disbursement/issuance.

• Update daily call reports and customer data in CRM/software.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle calling work confidently

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
