Job Description: Business Development Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic BDE to join our team. In this role, you

will be responsible for maintaining friendly and professional interactions with customers,

building and nurturing relationships with high value clients and driving sales growth through strategic

initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



CustomerInteraction: Maintain professional and friendly communication with customersto

ensure a positive experience.



Sales Reporting: Generate monthly and annual sales reports to analyze growth trends and

identify areas for improvement.



Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with high-paying clients

through regular visits, personalized service, and loyalty discounts to enhance client retention.



Profit Optimization: Strengthen profit opportunities by effectively managing time and resources

to meet and exceed sales objectives.



Client Education: Educate clients on product offerings and provide guidance on authorization

lines to ensure their needs are met.

 Troubleshooting: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and

loyalty.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales or customerservice, preferably in a B2B environment.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Strong analyticalskills for reporting and data interpretation.

 Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.



Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
