Contacting potential clients via email, chat, phone and other mediums
Provide Online software demonstration, installation and self-support to the clients
Improvement in customer satisfaction.
Follow ups and after sales support for 3 months for the new clients
Skills
Should have good marketing skills as well as technical knowledge
Good with written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills and with pleasing personality.
Basic knowledge of Computer
