RAS Foirne HR Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Interns to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in HR consulting, recruitment, and payroll services while gaining hands-on experience in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients for HR recruitment and payroll services

• Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms

• Assist in implementing business development strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

• Coordinate with recruitment and payroll teams for client requirements

• Maintain records of leads and follow-ups

• Support the sales team in achieving business targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in HR consulting and business development

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
