We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Silver) to develop new business

opportunities and build relationships with jewellery retailers for our silver jewellery

products. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer communication, proactive

in sales, and comfortable with regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential jewellery retailers and customers.

• Promote Jewel Casa's silver jewellery products and offerings.

• Generate new leads through calls, references, market visits, and other channels.

• Explain product details, pricing, and offerings clearly to prospective customers.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for customer requirements.

• Update customer and lead information in the CRM regularly.

• Achieve assigned business development and customer acquisition targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Confident in making sales calls and conducting customer discussions.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work with sales targets and manage multiple leads.

• Basic understanding of silver jewellery or the jewellery industry is preferred.

• Ability to work accurately and professionally with customers.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
