OneTimeX Financial Services is a fast-growing financial firm based in Thane West, dealing in Unlisted Shares, Pre-IPO Investments, Listed Stocks, and Insurance.

We are looking for confident and motivated female candidates for our Business Development Executive (Telesales) role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads

  • Explain our financial products (Unlisted Shares, Stocks, Insurance) in simple language

  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain call records in Excel

  • Achieve daily and weekly calling targets

  • Coordinate with the sales team for client onboarding

Who Should Apply:

  • Female candidates with 6 months to 3 years of telesales/calling experience

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi

  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel

  • Confident, convincing, and target-oriented

  • Any education background welcome

What We Offer:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000/month

  • Incentives: ₹26,000/month and above — based on performance

  • Total Earning Potential: ₹39,000+/month
