Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone and provide information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound and receive inbound calls

2.Explain company products or services to customers

3.Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

4.Follow up with interested customers

5.Maintain daily call records and reports

Requirements:

1.Good communication skills in English/Hindi

2.Basic computer knowledge

3.Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

4.Freshers can also apply

5.Positive attitude and convincing skills

Working Hours:

10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
