Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities and expand our market presence.

- Utilize superior communication and convincing skills to effectively convey company offerings and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

- Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions within our internal database.

- Prepare and present regular, insightful reports regarding business development progress and lead conversion metrics to the management team.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

- Qualification: Minimum 10th pass and above; open to entry-level professionals.

- Experience: 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in the Telesales domain is preferred.

- Essential Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to persuade and influence others.

- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining focus and high-quality output.

- Availability: Must be comfortable committing to a 6-day work week on a fixed day shift (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM).

- Eligibility: This specific position is reserved for female candidates only.
