Role Objective
To generate and convert leads into customers for LED display solutions by effective calling, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate CRM records, ensuring consistent sales growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Call all assigned leads daily and understand customer requirements to pitch LED display solutions effectively.
Ensure timely follow-ups with interested prospects to maintain engagement and increase conversion chances.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders by sharing product details, pricing, and proposals.
Handle basic customer objections related to price, quality, and service confidently.
Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent calling, follow-ups, and closures.
Update every lead status in CRM software accurately without missing any lead.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline stages.
Track and manage lead pipeline (New, Follow-up, Converted, Lost) to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Share daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and sales progress with the reporting manager.

Qualifications
