Drive international sales growth by acquiring new telecom clients and nurturing existing relationships
Lead planning and execution of telecom-related events across global markets
Use strategic outreach (cold calls, follow-ups, proposals) to build pipeline and close deals
Collaborate across teams to tailor telecom services to client needs
Track pipeline activity via CRM, monitor KPIs, and report performance
Manage multiple projects and client portfolios simultaneously
Freshers (0–2 years):
Strong English communication (written & spoken)
Fast learner with high energy and self-drive
Enthusiastic, adaptable, eager to grow
Experienced (1–2 years):
Some international sales or BD experience with a strong track record
Consistently meets or exceeds sales goals
Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
Comfortable liaising across diverse cultures
Organized, detail-oriented, adept at juggling multiple events or clients
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and event-related project management
