Key Responsibilities

• Interact with buyers to understand their property requirements, including location, budget, property type, and other preferences.

• Update and maintain buyer information accurately in the Excel tracker or CRM.

• Search subscription client property listings to identify suitable matches.

• Share matching property details with buyers in a timely manner.

• If no subscription property matches the requirement, search the company's website for suitable listings and share relevant property links.

• If no suitable property is available on the website, coordinate with the Sellers Team to source properties through trusted and responsive agents.

• Follow up with the Sellers Team until suitable property options are received.

• Keep buyers informed throughout the property search process.

• Maintain accurate records of buyer interactions, property options shared, and follow-up activities.

• Ensure prompt responses to buyer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Work closely with the Sales and Sellers Teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.

• Meet response time and service quality standards established by the organization.

Required Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, real estate, or a related field.
