We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹29000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement :
Handle inside sales through provided leads.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to qualify and convert leads into sales.
Customer Understanding & Solution Selling :
Understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
Craft compelling unique selling propositions to drive engagement.
Sales Processes:
Prospect, qualify, and manage leads.
Create deal proposals and ensure timely follow-up to closure.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients based on their needs.
Support & Coordination :
Provide pre-sales support to the sales and marketing teams.
Assist in finding, winning, and renewing customers.
Promote company products/services across geographies.
Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
Monitor sales progress and provide reports to stakeholders
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduated or Post Graduated and candidate must be a fresher. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
