We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Mindwalk Consulting Private Limited. The role involves calling the prospective client and generating leads. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold calling: Dial numbers from purchased data or database lists to find people who need life cover.
Data filtering: Ask basic questions to check a prospect's age, income, and family needs.
Policy Pitch, fixing appointments, etc.
CRM Updates.
Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
