Job Summary

The /BDA Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing franchise leads through outbound and inbound calling, follow-ups, lead qualification, and coordination with the franchise sales team. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and confidence in explaining the preschool franchise business model to potential investors and entrepreneurs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective franchise leads.

  • Handle inbound franchise enquiries from various marketing platforms.

  • Explain franchise business model, investment, ROI, and support structure.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.

  • Schedule meetings, Zoom calls, and presentations for Business Head.

  • Maintain lead database and update CRM/report daily.

  • Share franchise brochures, proposals, and documents with prospects.

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations team for lead conversion.

  • Achieve monthly lead generation and franchise conversion targets.

  • Build positive relationship with potential franchise partners.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.

  • Good telephone etiquette and follow-up ability.

  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and email communication.

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Fluency in Hindi and basic English preferred.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 1–4 years experience in /BDA/Tele Sales / Tele Calling / Franchise Sales / Education Sales preferred.

  • Female candidates preferred.

  • Experience in preschool, education, EdTech, or franchise industry will be an added advantage.

  • Freshers can also apply for the same


Salary & Incentives

  • 6 Days Working

  • Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
