We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our pharmaceutical sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach. This role involves both B2B and B2C interactions with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
Conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings to promote products and services.
Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns.
Attend product training sessions to stay updated with pharmaceutical offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, tele-sales, or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
