Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and closing sales related to our architectural design services.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

• Meet with potential clients to understand their design needs and explain our services

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on house design offerings

• Follow up with clients and close sales to meet or exceed targets

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of customer service practices

• Knowledge of architecture/design/real estate industry is an advantage
