We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE)

📍 Location: Indore

Company: Mandot Securities Private Limited
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Kick-start your career in the financial markets with Mandot Securities Private Limited. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives who are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and the stock market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by acquiring clients for Demat and Trading Accounts.

  • Promote the company's financial products and services, including:

    • Equity Trading

    • Derivatives (F&O)

    • Commodity Trading

    • Currency Trading

    • Mutual Funds

    • IPOs

    • SIPs

    • Bonds

    • ETFs

    • Investment & Wealth Management Services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Explain investment opportunities and assist clients with account opening and KYC documentation.

  • Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, references, and outbound calling.

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer service.

  • Stay updated with stock market trends, products, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Experience: 0–6 Months (Freshers are welcome)

  • Basic understanding of the stock market is an added advantage.

  • Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, banking, insurance, broking, or financial services will be preferred.
