Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify business opportunities, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should understand customer requirements, recommend suitable business solutions, and contribute to revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Regularly interact with clients to understand their business needs and identify new opportunities.
Generate qualified leads from the existing customer database through follow-ups and relationship management.
Recommend appropriate software, cloud, AMC, customization, and other business solutions based on customer requirements.
Cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients.
Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team when required.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, renewals, and pending opportunities.
Coordinate with the support and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or IT/Software Sales.
Experience in ERP or accounting software sales is an added advantage.
