We are looking for a motivated Tele caller/Business Development Executive to join our team at logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, conducting outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with our sales team to arrange meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the transportation and logistics industry through cold calling, online research, and networking.

- Customer Interaction: Initiate outbound calls to introduce our services, qualify prospects, and gather essential shipping and transportation requirements.

- Lead Qualification: Categorize leads based on potential and timeline, and maintain accurate records in our CRM/database.

- Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings between qualified prospects and the Sales team, ensuring a seamless handover of lead information.

- Market Research: Stay informed about market opportunities and new business routes to share insights with the Sales Manager.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to confidently engage with business owners and senior professionals.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain precise customer records.

- Previous experience in B2B calling, tele-sales, or lead generation is preferred, though freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Qualification & Experience:

- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, sales, or logistics-related industries.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
