We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and well-spoken individual to handle customer briefings and coordination for birthday party celebrations at Jumping Kingdom. The role involves welcoming guests, explaining party activities and safety rules, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the birthday child and guests.
Welcome birthday party guests and their families in a warm and professional manner
Conduct a clear and engaging customer briefing covering:
Party schedule and activities
Safety rules and play guidelines
Usage of Play zone, party rooms, and facilities
Coordinate with internal teams (play area staff, food service, decorations, etc.) to ensure timely execution of the party
Act as the main point of contact for parents/guardians during the event
Ensure children follow safety rules while having fun
Handle basic customer queries and resolve minor issues promptly
Maintain a positive, fun, and energetic environment throughout the celebration
Ensure party areas are clean and ready before and after events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, enthusiastic, and child-friendly personality
Confidence in speaking to groups (adults and children)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic customer service experience preferred (events, hospitality, or entertainment industry is a plus)
Patience and problem-solving skills
Experience hosting birthday parties, events, or kids’ activities
Comfortable working on weekends, holidays, and peak hours
Physically active and energetic
