Job Description :
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Executive – Marketing to grow our e-commerce clothing brand. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, building partnerships, managing leads, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales & Business Development
• Generate sales through online platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram, website & marketplaces
• Identify new business opportunities, collaborations, resellers & influencers
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order conversions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with performance marketing teams (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace ads)
• Support product launches and promotional offers
• Track leads, conversions, and customer feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and customer support teams
• Manage B2B inquiries such as bulk orders, franchise, or wholesale leads
2. Market Research & Reporting
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports
• Suggest strategies to improve sales, reach, and customer retention
Skills & Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce (fashion preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of social media, e-commerce platforms & online selling
• Target-driven, self-motivated & customer-focused
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and digital tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Skills :
• Experience in fashion or clothing e-commerce brands
• Influencer marketing & marketplace handling experience
• Understanding of online customer behavior
