MBBS / MD / MS Admission Consultant – Female

About the Role

Stream Global Education is looking for a confident, professional and result-oriented Female MBBS / MD / MS Admission Consultant to join our team at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents regarding MBBS, MD and MS admissions in India, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS, MD & MS admission opportunities.

• Understand students’ NEET-UG / NEET-PG scores, preferences, budget and eligibility.

• Provide accurate guidance on colleges, courses, fees, counselling and admission procedures.

• Explain admission options and help students make informed decisions.

• Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face counselling.

• Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly.

• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.

• Coordinate with the internal admission team throughout the counselling process.

• Stay updated with NEET counselling, medical college admission processes, eligibility and fee structures.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant field; MBA, BBA, Psychology, Life Sciences, Medical or Education background will be an advantage.

• Previous experience in MBBS / MD / MS admission counselling or education consultancy preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.

• Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with students and parents.

• Good knowledge of NEET-UG / NEET-PG and medical admissions is preferred.

• Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced counselling environment.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in medical education counselling may also be considered.
