We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales while maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers for leads and conversions.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
