Responsibilities
Cold calling working professional from the provided database.
Analyzing profiles of working professionals and students.
Guiding and counseling students for suitable higher education programs.
Providing accurate information regarding courses, universities, and admission procedures.
Convincing students and generating enrollments.
Maintaining strong relationships with students and tracking their status.
Achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills
Willingness to work on-call
Willingness to work in a target-driven, on-call environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-focused attitude.
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive work environment.
Qualification
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience in education counseling, sales, or customer interaction is an advantage.
