Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions/services.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM/software.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Sales and business development experience.
Good presentation and client-handling skills.
