Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Identify potential customers through outbound calling, online research, and database.
Qualify leads and follow up on prospective clients.
Explain product/service features and benefits to customers.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to build relationships with customers.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM tools.
Provide regular reports and feedback to management on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to sales process.
