Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand

SNehra Solutions LLP is hiring on behalf of GTech Web Solutions for the role of Tele Business Development Executive. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong telesales or sales experience and excellent communication skills to join a growing organization.

Role Overview

As a Tele Business Development Executive, you’ll drive sales through telecalling, engaging prospective customers with strong convincing skills and clear communication. This role is ideal for candidates with solid telesales experience or general sales exposure paired with good English communication, who are ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers via telecalling to generate and convert business leads

• Use strong convincing and persuasion skills to move prospects through the sales process

• Communicate fluently and professionally in English, Hindi, and Bengali

• Handle customer queries and objections with confidence

• Meet assigned sales targets consistently

Requirements

• Minimum 6 month -1 years of experience in sales; hardcore telesales experience strongly preferred

• Qualification: 12th Pass & above

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

• Candidates with any sales background and good English communication are also welcome to apply

• Immediate joiners preferred

Working Days & Timing

Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sunday Fixed Off
