Business Development Executive – Job Description

Global Elite Media and Tech is looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and converting them into successful business deals.

Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with potential clients
• Explain company services and award programs to clients
• Convert leads into confirmed clients
• Maintain good relationships with clients
• Update client details and sales reports regularly
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or English
• Basic knowledge of sales and client handling
• Confidence in speaking with clients on call
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary & Benefits:
• ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
