We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for demos, proposals, and onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of sales processes
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in IT / ERP / SaaS sales
Knowledge of CRM tools
Experience in B2B sales
