Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our sales team by generating qualified leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and building relationships with potential customers across the Media & Entertainment industry.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, strong email writing abilities, and a passion for B2B sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to identify potential business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Draft personalized and professional sales emails.
Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM systems.
Follow up consistently with prospects through calls and emails.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.

Familiarity with LinkedIn for business networking and prospect research.
Basic understanding of CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Apollo.io for lead generation and prospecting (preferred).
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with email automation and sales engagement tools is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Experience working with technology, SaaS, IT Services, Media Technology, Broadcast, or OTT industries will be preferred.
