We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead conversion, cold calling, and relationship building with potential clients.
· Work effectively on provided leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
· Prepare and present sales proposals by gaining a strong understanding of the products and pricing structure.
· Make a minimum of 60-80 effective calls daily, including cold calls, to generate new business opportunities.
· Meet monthly sales and collection targets as assigned.
· Build and maintain a strong customer base to ensure long-term growth and performance consistency.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
