Eravon technologies is hiring for Telecalling Sales Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute telecalling strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the edtech market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and product offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling sales or business development, preferably within the edtech industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must possess a personal laptop and reliable internet connection for remote work.
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, transitioning from remote to in-office after three months.
